Our Policies

Our general dentistry fees are based on the current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide.  For your convenience, we have a variety of ways to assist you in covering for the services rendered.  We accept cash, cheques, debit and all major credit cards.  For more comprehensive treatment plans, feel free to discuss individualized financial arrangements with our office manager.

If you have dental insurance, we are able to accept third-party payment (assignment of benefits) directly from your insurance carrier.  If there are deductibles and small differences that are not covered by your benefit plan, they are payable at the time of your appointment.  Please note that we are only able to offer this service if you provide us with all the benefit information required to submit directly to your insurance company and that they are willing to assign benefits directly to our office. 

Our goal is to provide dentistry that eliminates disease and contributes to your overall systemic health.  It is our professional duty to present a treatment plan that treats you and your family based on your needs and not on what your insurance plan is set out to cover.  We strive to present options and ways of achieving your goals while working to maximize the use of your health care plan, recognizing its strengths and limitations.
